Bradford L. “Brad” Stewart  – Attorney / Managing Member 

Brad Stewart is a Polk County native and an experienced and respected civil litigator recognized for his deep experience with complex legal, factual, and relational issues. Brad’s legal practice centers on cases that demand careful analysis, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate disputes between parties with varied interests—a foundation that makes him especially well-suited to serve homeowner and community association clients across Florida’s growing communities.

 

Brad’s background is distinguished by years of experience representing clients in countless challenging civil litigation and insurance disputes. Before graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2005, Brad began his career as an insurance adjuster and later as  Vice President – Risk Management and Insurance for Comcar Industries, Inc., an Auburndale, Florida based transportation and logistics company operating trucks across the United States with 45 locations nationwide, 4,500 employees, and 3,000 trucks. Brad was responsible for procuring insurance coverage for Comcar and for managing claims and litigation against the company. This insider’s knowledge of the insurance industry equips him with practical tools to efficiently resolve cases involving insurance coverage, bad faith claims, and contract disputes in ways that are particularly well-suited to the unique needs of associations, boards, and their members. Brad’s methodical approach and attention to detail have secured favorable results in jury trials, mediations, and complex settlements for a diverse range of clients.

In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and family as well as their beloved pets, working outdoors/on his large property, reading, and staying informed and active in local affairs.
