
Originally a North Carolina native, Emily has lived in Florida since 2012 and has resided in the greater Tampa area for over a decade. She is a Wesley Chapel High School graduate who focused her extracurricular time on volunteering in her high school’s Best Buddies program and teaching sign language at local elementary schools. During high school, Emily participated in dual enrollment, a program in which she simultaneously attended Pasco-Hernando State College to earn her associate’s degree. After earning her associate’s degree, she transferred to the University of South Florida and received her Bachelor of Arts in History.
During her final year in college, Emily began her career in the legal field, working in various legal areas, including construction defects, personal injury, and commercial and business litigation throughout Florida. She is a quick learner who enjoys continuously expanding her knowledge in both new and familiar legal fields, ensuring she is well-prepared to serve clients in her community.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading anything and everything, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her family and two dogs, Shadow and Ruby.
